smoking ban

Wow. I didn't know that they passed a smoking ban in public indoor places. That actually makes me very happy because I also cannot stand the smell of smoke. Whenever I smell it, I feel like something is cutting into my throat and I can't breathe. So if that's what happens whe I smell the smoke, I can't imagine what's happening inside the body when someone smokes. I think it's an unpleasant habit that I know a lot of people want to quit. My uncle has been trying many years to quit, but it's just awfully hard for him. Even if the smoking ban will probably cause a huge commotion among smokers, they must know that there are many others who don't want to die from second hand smoke.
