Smoking

This law is tricky for me. I have a lot of friends who smoke, but at the same time I live in a household that shuns such activity. In terms of keeping others away from something possibly harmful, and something they're not fond of, it's a great rule. But, I could definitely see how smokers could get irritated by this. Most of them probably believe it's their choice to smoke and should be able to do so wherever he/she feels fit. In addition, smoking and drinking have been synonymis with bars mostly, and some resaurants for a long time. And if you look down on such activity those places are probably not for you. I definitely agree that in public places with minors it should be banned all together, but in places such as bars, clubs, and certain rerstaurants, where minors aren't permitted, the smoking bans are infringing on rights of those people.
