video spoor showed us end of friday

the video spoor showed us at the end of class on friday was definitely not a happy one. i still cannot believe there are places out there like that in the world, just like the whole north korea thing. the town, i cannot remember the name of, is the size of 4 of our states and has more cases of sexual abuse that our entire country does. there is something terribly wrong with that. when i was watching that video is reminded me of the clothes line project that came to our school with all the t-shirts people have made. it really puts you in perspective and makes your realize these terrible things really do happen. there should be some way to help that country and stop that problem. i agree with julie and others about how V.I.K.E.S. is so important for us to do. it gives us all an oportunity to help our own community. even though we aren`t helping the big problems, it`s the little things we do to stop the small problems that create the big ones that makes the difference.
