writers week!

i always look forward to writers week and i thought this year was definately one of the best. two of my favorites were Scott Woldman's Speed Dating the Musical and Daphne. my friend has had Daphne's cd for a while now so i was pretty familiar with her stuff, ive always wanted to see her live but usually she plays at 21 and over shows, so i was really glad i finally got to see her. also i was excited to hear some of her new stuff that'll be on her next cd. she's so talented and has such a beautiful voice, i think she'll continue to be more and more successful, and hopfully she'll continue to come back to writers week (even though we wont be here next year). and the Speed Dating musical thing was hilarious! it was so great that i think im going to see it when it comes out later this month. so yeah, i had a great time this year at writers week, the only person i wished that i got to see was Regie Gibson, but you cant see it all i guess.
